Job Description

BlueEarth Climate Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and career-oriented MBA freshers to join our team in Operations and Business Development. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who want to build their careers in business operations, client coordination, and business development within the sustainability and climate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

- Support day-to-day operational activities and business processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist with documentation.
- Track operational activities and follow up on assigned tasks.

Business Development

- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Support client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Support the team in achieving business growth objectives.





Eligibility Criteria

- MBA graduates from any specialization.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
