The Project Manager will oversee on-site operations, ensuring all project activities align with technical drawings, quality benchmarks, schedules, and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Management: Lead daily operations in accordance with the master project timeline.
- Technical Oversight: Interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specs to ensure precise execution.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary link between contractors, consultants, and site supervisors.
- Quality & Resource Control: Audit workmanship and material consumption to maintain high standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and measurement verifications.
- Problem Solving:



Resolve technical bottlenecks and ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols.
- Logistics & Closeout: Manage material procurement schedules and facilitate smooth project handovers.

Candidate Profile

- Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3–5 years as Project Manager (preference for civil or interior fit-outs).
- Skills: Proficiency in blueprint reading, BOQ interpretation, and site coordination.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
