About the Program

The December fast-track Full Stack Project Development Internship Training is an intensive 30-day cohort designed for engineering students, BCA/MCA graduates, and aspiring software developers to build production-ready software engineering experience.

To ensure individual code reviews, 1-on-1 architectural guidance, and dedicated mentor attention, this cohort is strictly capped at 20 participants.

Rather than working through passive recorded modules, you will build and deploy a complete, scalable full-stack web application from ground zero under the supervision of experienced developers.

What You Will Build & Master

- Client-Side Engineering: Component-based user interface architecture, responsive design, and state management using modern frontend tooling (HTML5, up-to-date CSS, JavaScript/ES6+, and React.js, Android(ReactNative)).
- Backend Services & REST APIs: Engineering secure RESTful APIs, business logic layers, and route controllers with server-side frameworks (Python/Django).
- Database & Data Modeling: Relational database schema design, normalization, migrations, indexing, and complex queries using PostgreSQL.
- Security & Access Control: Implementation of password hashing, and role-based permissions.
- DevOps, Version Control & Deployment: Git/GitHub branching workflows and production deployment on cloud hosts ( e.g. AWS).

Key Responsibilities

- Attend daily stand-up meetings, sprint check-ins, and code evaluation sessions.
- Develop modular, maintainable, and documented full-stack codebase following industry conventions.
- Debug technical bugs,



handle edge cases, etc.
- Write structured application architecture docs and maintain clean documentation in GitHub README.md.
- Deliver a final end-to-end live project walkthrough before the cohort concludes.

- Students pursuing B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc (CS/IT) or recent graduates looking for hands-on software development experience.
- Developers looking to replace fragmented tutorials with a fully deployed, production-grade project on their portfolio.
- Candidates with basic knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and fundamental web concepts.
- Must possess a working laptop.
