About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly driven, hands-on Technology Talent Acquisition Consultant for a 4-month assignment with a leading organisation in the fintech sector.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical recruitment expertise, exceptional sourcing and headhunting capabilities, and a proven track record of independently closing technology positions.

This is a full time, work-from-office engagement based in Noida, requiring someone who can hit the ground running and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage end-to-end technology recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and joining.
- Drive hiring for Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, QA Automation, Data Engineering, Product and Engineering Leadership positions.
- Work closely with technology leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
- Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean searches, Google X-Ray, referrals and direct headhunting.
- Identify and engage passive candidates for niche and business-critical technology roles.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while ensuring timely closures.
- Drive candidate engagement,



offer acceptance and joining conversions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards and regular stakeholder updates.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to accelerate hiring.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–8 years of dedicated experience in technology talent acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience hiring technology professionals, preferably for fintech, SaaS or product-based organisations.
- Demonstrated success in independently closing mid-level and senior technology positions.
- Excellent sourcing, Boolean search and headhunting skills.
- Strong understanding of technology stacks and engineering roles.
- Ability to work directly with senior technology stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven, execution-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work from our Noida office throughout the 4-month assignment.

We need someone who can roll up their sleeves, take complete ownership of technology hiring, and deliver closures without extensive hand-holding.

This is an execution-intensive role, best suited for a recruiter who enjoys sourcing, solving difficult hiring challenges and driving results.
