Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Chief General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our rooms and resort properties. The candidate should have valuable leadership, communication, and management skills to ensure smooth operations, excellent guest satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of all assigned rooms and resort properties.
- Monitor property managers and ensure they perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure room cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality.
- Monitor occupancy, room rates, revenue, and overall property performance.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, duty assignments, and employee performance.
- Coordinate with property managers and other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure all properties maintain company standards and follow operational procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor online travel agency (OTA) bookings, commissions, and guest reviews.




- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Support revenue growth and ensure smooth functioning of all properties.

Required Skills

- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of hotel and resort operations.
- Knowledge of room booking systems and Hotel ERP software is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of revenue management and OTA platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and coordinate with different teams.
- Willingness to travel between properties when required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Maximum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in rooms, hotels, or resorts.
- Freshers with strong leadership and management potential may also apply.
- Candidates should be responsible, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Good organizational and time-management skills are essential.
- Knowledge of Malayalam and English is preferred.
