Job Description

Offenso Hackers Academy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage the overall operations of our Nadakkavu, Calicut branch. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and admissions, managing teams, overseeing branch operations, and ensuring business growth and student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
- Drive sales, course admissions, revenue generation, and achievement of monthly branch targets.
- Lead and monitor the performance of sales, academic, and administrative teams.
- Set team targets, review performance, and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Monitor student enquiries, lead follow-ups, conversion rates, and admission processes.
- Coordinate with academic teams to ensure smooth training operations and a positive student experience.
- Handle student concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Develop local business opportunities through college outreach, institutional partnerships, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, admissions, revenue, and operational performance.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting,



and maintenance of operational sheets and trackers.
- Implement company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with HR regarding recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, and team performance.
- Report branch performance, challenges, and improvement plans to management.

Requirements

- Any graduate; an MBA or relevant management qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch management, sales, business development, or operations.
- Experience in the EdTech, education, or training industry is preferred.
- Proven experience in team management and achieving sales targets.
- Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of sales tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other office tools.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, handle challenges, and achieve business objectives.

Work Location: Nadakkavu, Calicut, Kerala

Experience: 3–5 years or more

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
