Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven US IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, knowledge of US work authorizations, and experience recruiting IT professionals for Direct Clients, Implementation Partners, and Prime Vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms.
- Work on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements based on client needs.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate evaluations, and assess technical skills and job suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, account managers, and clients.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and submit qualified profiles within defined timelines.
- Negotiate pay rates and salary expectations with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, submissions, and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates,



vendors, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with US recruitment processes and documentation requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and recruitment practices.
- Experience working with Direct Clients, Implementation Partners, or Prime Vendors is preferred.
- Proficiency in Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations, including H-1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, and CPT.
- Understanding of W2, C2C, and Full-Time employment models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
