Job Description

Oceancore Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced Design for Testability (DFT) Engineers for a DFT cluster requirement. Candidates should have hands-on experience in Scan Insertion, ATPG, DRC, coverage analysis, and Siemens Tessent tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Scan Insertion and ATPG activities.
- Execute DFT Design Rule Checks (DRC) and test coverage analysis.
- Generate test patterns for Stuck-at, Transition, Cell-Aware, and AFM fault models.
- Work on SSN (Streaming Scan Network) and EDT (Embedded Deterministic Test) technologies.
- Perform scan pattern simulation, debugging, and failure analysis.
- Analyze and resolve DFT violations and coverage issues.
- Use Siemens Tessent tools for DFT implementation, ATPG, and pattern generation.
- Collaborate with RTL, Physical Design,



and other engineering teams to resolve testability issues.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in DFT engineering.
- Solid knowledge of Scan Insertion and ATPG.
- Experience in DRC and coverage analysis.
- Knowledge of SSN and EDT scan compression.
- Experience with Stuck-at, Transition, Cell-Aware, and AFM fault models.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens Tessent tools.
- Experience in scan pattern simulation and debugging.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, or a related field.
