Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Meta Ads Expert with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign performance optimization to drive leads, sales, and website traffic.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Run and optimize Lead Generation, Sales, and Traffic campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Create and manage different ad formats, including Carousel, Catalog, and Collection ads.
- Build and manage ad sets based on audience targeting, campaign objectives, and budget allocation.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel for conversion tracking and campaign measurement.
- Manage Meta Commerce Manager, including product catalog setup and maintenance.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, and cost per lead.




- Analyze campaign data and implement optimization strategies to improve performance and return on ad spend.
- Manage multiple advertising projects while ensuring timely execution and performance reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of practical experience in Meta Ads campaign management.
- Experience handling multiple Meta Ads accounts or projects.
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structure, ad sets, and audience targeting.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and event configuration.
- Working knowledge of Meta Commerce Manager and product catalog management.
- Good understanding of campaign performance metrics, budget optimization, and ROAS improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
