Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Factory Accountant to oversee complete plant accounting, inventory management, and cost control operations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day manufacturing transactions, stock reconciliations, and vendor/customer accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory & Stock Control: Maintain raw material purchases and inventory records. Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with accounting records.
- Costing & Production Accounting: Track material consumption, job-work charges, wastage, freight, and other production expenses to analyze cost per unit and product-wise profitability.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Track customer receipts, vendor payments, loans, and loan installments.
- Documentation & Compliance: Collect, verify, and archive purchase invoices and supporting bills.



Follow up with vendors and internal teams to resolve missing, duplicate, or incorrect entries.
- Cash & Advance Management: Maintain petty cash registers and track employee advance records.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance .
- 1+ years of experience in factory/manufacturing plant accounting.
- Solid knowledge of inventory valuation, BOM (Bill of Materials), and product costing.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, or standard ERP software.
