Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Marketing Executive to promote educational tours, study programs, academic visits, student development programs, and other education-related services.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships with schools, colleges, universities, parents, and students, generating enquiries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings or registrations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Business Development

- Promote educational tours, academic trips, study programs, and education-related services.

- Identify and approach schools, colleges, universities, educational institutions, and other potential clients.

- Conduct direct marketing activities, field visits, presentations, and promotional campaigns.

- Develop and maintain relationships with principals, teachers, management teams, parents, and students.

- Generate recent business opportunities through networking, referrals, telephone calls, email, and digital marketing channels.

2. Educational Tours & Study Programs

- Explain tour packages, study opportunities, program benefits, itineraries, and pricing to prospective customers.

- Coordinate presentations and information sessions for students, parents, and educational institutions.

- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, brochures,



and promotional materials.

- Follow up with interested schools, students, and parents to convert enquiries into bookings or registrations.

- Coordinate with internal teams for program schedules, bookings, documentation, and customer requirements.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Tourism, or any relevant discipline.

- Freshers may apply if they have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in educational services, travel and tourism, student recruitment, institutional marketing, or field sales will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Robust marketing, sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.

- Good interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities.

- Willingness to travel for school visits, college meetings, and client appointments.

- Ability to meet targets and work independently.

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM tools.

- Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in education and student development.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
