Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions in Gati Software.
- Prepare and record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and contra entries.
- Maintain customer, supplier, and party ledgers.
- Handle jewellery/diamond stock-related entries, including weight, quantity, carat, and value wherever applicable.
- Record and verify purchase and sales invoices.
- Manage cash and bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up for outstanding payments.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records of diamond/jewellery purchases, sales, stock movements, and adjustments.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, and Management teams for accounting-related matters.
- Prepare outstanding, ledger, sales, purchase, and other periodic reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
