Job Description

We are looking for a Real Estate Field Executive to visit different areas across Bengaluru and identify properties available for rent or sale. The role mainly involves covering assigned locations, taking property photographs and 360-degree videos, and sharing the details and location with our team through WhatsApp.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Cover the areas assigned by the company across Bengaluru.
- Identify residential and commercial properties available for rent or sale.
- Take clear pictures of entire buildings and individual properties.
- Photograph To-Let boards and properties advertised for sale.
- Record 360-degree videos of properties wherever possible.
- Share property photos,



videos, and location details with the team through WhatsApp.
- Collect basic property information and owner contact details whenever available.
- Keep the team updated on the properties identified during field visits.

Eligibility

- Must have completed 10th standard or above.
- Should be comfortable travelling across Bengaluru.
- Must know how to use a smartphone, WhatsApp, and location-sharing features.
- Should be active, responsible, and comfortable with outdoor work.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Salary and Benefits

- Fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹40,000, based on relevant experience and skills.
- Travel allowance provided by the company.
- Additional performance-based incentives over and above the fixed salary.

Candidates who enjoy travelling, exploring different locations, and working outdoors can apply. Previous real estate experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
