Job Responsibilities:

- Generate home loan and personal loan leads through own network and company-provided leads.
- Source loan files and ensure proper documentation and verification.
- Coordinate with Branch for loan processing, approval, and disbursement.
- Manage the complete loan process from lead generation to disbursement.
- Achieve monthly business targets.

Requirements:

- Experience in home loans, personal loans, banking, or DSA sales.
- Knowledge of loan eligibility and documentation.
- Strong communication, customer handling, and follow-up skills.
- Graduate preferred; field travel required.
