Strata Geosystems is a Mumbai-headquartered specialist in reinforced soil structures for highways and infrastructure. We are hiring an engineer for our Design department to coordinate RE wall (Reinforced Earth / MSE wall) drawings and data across multiple live projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with design engineers and project teams to prepare RE wall layout and elevation drawings from road plan and profile data.
- Coordinate with draftsmen on preparing, revising and issuing RE wall drawings.
- Keep track of drawing status, revisions and approvals across multiple projects.
- Prepare and regularly update BOQs and quantity statements for RE wall projects.
- Develop standard Excel sheets and templates for quick calculations and reporting.
- Manage and maintain project data for several projects at once.

Requirements

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Working knowledge of plans, profiles and cross-sections of roads and highways.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables,



standard templates).
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, enough to read, check and mark up drawings.
- Solid coordination, follow-up and communication skills.

Preferred (not mandatory)

- Experience with RE wall, MSE wall, geogrid or retaining wall projects on highways, flyovers or ROBs.
- Experience at a geosynthetics or reinforced soil company, or on the design or drawing side of an EPC or consultancy.
- Experience in BOQ, quantity take-off or billing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
