Job Overview

We are seeking vigilant, disciplined, and physically fit Security Guards to join our squad. You will be deployed across premier corporate offices, commercial hubs, residential complexes, or industrial sites within Ajitgarh Tricity and Punjab to secure premises, manage entry points, and maintain absolute peace of mind for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Access Control: Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and delivery personnel.
- Patrolling: Conduct regular foot patrols across the assigned site boundaries to check security integrity.
- Surveillance Support: Keep a sharp eye on CCTV monitors (if assigned to the control desk) and report suspicious activities immediately.
- Emergency Response: Act as a first responder during incidents like fire alarms, medical emergencies, or unauthorized intrusions following our strict protocol.
- Log Maintenance: Accurately record visitor logs, material movement tokens, and daily shift handovers.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Minimum 12th standard pass OR (Matriculation)



or equivalent.
- Physical Criteria: Positive physique, healthy eyesight, and the stamina to stand or walk during patrolling duties. Minimum height requirements apply as per security norms.
- Experience: Both experienced guards and freshers with proper physical training are welcome. Prior experience in corporate or industrial security is highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Basic understanding of Punjabi and Hindi. Ability to read or write basic English is a strong plus for corporate deployments.
- Background Check: Clean track record with mandatory police verification and valid identity proofs (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Pan Card).
- Attributes: Punctual, disciplined, polite yet firm demeanor, and high ethical standards.
