Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Engineer with experience in B2B product sales and business development. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, developing customer relationships, managing sales activities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers regularly to generate inquiries and develop new business opportunities.
- Identify potential customers, projects, and new market segments.




- Prepare and submit quotations and proposals, and follow up on purchase orders.
- Negotiate with customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain sales reports, customer records, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in industrial products.
- B.Sc., Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert business opportunities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activitie

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
