We are looking for skilled and passionate Salesforce Developers to work at our client’s location in Pune.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization,
integration, and deployment, along with a passion for building scalable and high-quality business
solutions.

Key Responsibilities
 Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce
platform.
 Develop and maintain applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components
(LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
 Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from solution design and
architecture to implementation and deployment.
 Perform Salesforce configuration, customization, system integration, data migration, and
deployment activities.
 Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs and web services.
 Conduct unit and module testing, prepare test data, and ensure the quality and reliability of
deliverables.
 Follow Salesforce coding standards, development best practices, and documentation guidelines.
 Research Salesforce capabilities and perform gap analysis to recommend suitable technical
solutions.
 Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure
timely project delivery.




 Work closely with the client team at the Pune location and comply with the five-day work-from-
office requirement.
 Travel when required for business or project-related purposes.
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications
 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
 Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and web services.
 Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and custom application development.
 Valuable understanding of Salesforce integration techniques, APIs, and data migration tools.
 Experience with source control, deployment processes, and DevOps practices.

 Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 Willingness to work from the client office in Pune five days a week.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience in one or more of the following areas will be an added advantage:
 AI-driven applications and Salesforce AI capabilities.
 Additional Salesforce certifications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
 Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
 Account Engagement (formerly Pardot).
 Vlocity / OmniStudio.
 DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
 Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud).
 UI frameworks and front-end technologies.
 Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
