Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through property selections, organizing site visits, and closing sales for our exclusive township projects (such as Swarn Nagri Vistar and Gulabi Nagri).

Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement & Lead Management: Handle incoming leads, connect with prospective buyers via calls, messages, and meetings, and understand their property requirements.
- Property Showcases & Site Visits: Guide clients through our projects, explain property features, layouts, pricing, and investment benefits, and organize physical site visits.
- Sales Conversion: Follow up consistently with leads, negotiate terms, manage booking documentation,



and close sales to meet monthly targets.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and upcoming infrastructure developments in Jaipur and surrounding regions.
- Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners to generate referrals and repeat business.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduation (such as B.Com or B.A.) is an added advantage.
- Experience: Freshers with a strong drive to succeed or candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate are welcome.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Robust negotiation, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Local Knowledge: Sound familiarity with Jaipur’s real estate landscape and local localities is preferred.
