Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in South Indian cuisine to manage a designated kitchen section. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic South Indian dishes, maintaining food quality, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations while following hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, uttapams, sambhar, rasam, chutneys, and regional specialties.
- Manage the assigned kitchen section and ensure timely food preparation.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Supervise and coordinate with commis chefs and other kitchen staff.
- Ensure proper mise en place before service.
- Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and stock availability.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Minimize food wastage and assist with inventory control.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper use of kitchen equipment.




- Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef for smooth kitchen operations.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in a skilled kitchen, specializing in South Indian cuisine.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian ingredients, recipes, cooking techniques, and regional specialties.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
