We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Tour Coordinator to join our team in Trivandrum.

Position: Tour Coordinator

Experience: Prior experience in the travel & tourism industry is preferred.

Key Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi – Mandatory
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
- Experience in tour coordination, itinerary planning, and customer handling
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and travel partners
- Robust organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and tasks efficiently
- Customer-focused approach with professional communication
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage tour enquiries from clients.
- Understand customer requirements and assist in preparing suitable itineraries.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other travel partners.




- Follow up with clients and provide timely updates.
- Assist in booking and confirming travel arrangements.
- Ensure smooth coordination before and during the customer's journey.
- Handle customer queries and resolve travel-related issues professionally.
