Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team at our River EV dealership in Marathahalli. The ideal candidate should have experience in automobile sales, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to drive revenue growth while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase electric vehicle sales.
- Manage showroom sales operations and monitor individual team performance.
- Generate business opportunities through customer visits, field activities, and promotional events.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options to customers.




- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Handle customer escalations, negotiations, and complex sales inquiries.
- Coordinate with the service and back-office teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to improve dealership sales.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to participate in field activities, customer visits, and promotional events.
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
