Job Summary

Coldwell Banker South India is seeking a creative and highly skilled Videographer to join our team in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. In this role, you will lead end-to-end visual content production from shooting cinematic real estate property walkthroughs, interviews, and photos to editing engaging short-form social media reels and promotional brand content.

Key Responsibilities-

Videography & Photography (Production):

- Shoot professional real estate property walkthroughs, client interviews, and promotional videos.
- Capture cinematic, high-resolution footage and photos for real estate marketing.
- Plan camera angles, framing, visual composition, and shot types for every shoot.
- Set up and manage lighting setups (studio/on-location) and professional audio recording equipment.
- Operate camera gimbals, camera movement systems, and stabilization techniques to deliver smooth footage.
- Select appropriate lenses based on shooting environments and property spaces.

Video Editing & Post-Production:

- Perform professional video cutting, trimming, and sequencing for property walkthroughs and short-form content (Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts in 9:16 format).
- Execute color correction and color grading to ensure high visual quality and brand consistency.
- Handle audio editing, voice-over syncing, background music synchronization, and noise reduction.
- Create motion graphics, animated titles, text animations, and seamless transitions.
- Add accurate subtitles, captions, and brand assets.
- Retouch and color-correct high-resolution photographs using Photoshop and Lightroom.

Creative Strategy & Workflow:

- Apply strong storytelling, pacing, and visual composition techniques to keep audiences engaged.




- Work seamlessly with 4K footage and maintain organized media archives.
- Follow brand guidelines, typography standards, manage tight project deadlines, and incorporate project feedback.

Required Tools & Skills-

Software:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Audition (or similar audio editing tools)

Camera & Technical Knowledge:

- Thorough understanding of manual camera settings: ISO, aperture, shutter speed, and white balance.
- Expert knowledge of composition, framing, camera angles, shot types, lens selection, and lighting setups.
- Hands-on proficiency with gimbals, stabilizers, and audio recording equipment.
- Expertise in short-form (9:16) video editing and 4K footage workflow.

Creative & Professional Skills:

- Good storytelling, visual composition, and understanding of music, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Professional typography, branding knowledge, attention to detail, and creativity.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines, meet deadlines, and implement project feedback.

Additional Requirements & Preferences

- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in videography, photography, and video editing.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio/demo reel of previous video editing and camera work is mandatory.
- Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Jayanagar, Bengaluru.

Bonus Skills:

- Knowledge of AI video editing tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of drone videography is an advantage.
