Role Summary

Sri Satya Constructions is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor with 1–3 years of experience in high-rise building projects. Candidates with hands-on exposure to Mivan/Aluminium Formwork and strong knowledge of quantity surveying, measurement, billing, and quantity reconciliation will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity take-offs, and detailed measurements for civil works.
- Prepare contractor/subcontractor bills and verify measurements as per site execution.
- Assist in RA Bill preparation, certification, and reconciliation.
- Track and reconcile concrete, reinforcement steel, shuttering, blockwork, plastering and other construction quantities.
- Monitor material consumption against BOQ and approved quantities.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Planning, Stores, Procurement and Accounts teams for quantity and billing requirements.
- Assist in preparing quantity variation statements and rate analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation of measurements, bills, quantity statements and supporting records.
- Assist in cost monitoring and project quantity control.
- Ensure measurements are recorded accurately and aligned with drawings and actual site execution.




- Support the QS team in identifying quantity variations, wastage and potential cost overruns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Billing.
- Mandatory/strong preference for experience in High-Rise Residential Building Projects.
- Mivan / Aluminium Formwork experience preferred.
- Valuable understanding of BOQ, quantity take-off, measurements, RA Bills and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good numerical, analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site and project teams.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
