Job Description

SAV X Data Labs is looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and communicative candidates for the position of B2B Lead Generation & Manual Data Mining Executive.

The role involves researching potential B2B clients, identifying companies and decision-makers, conducting outbound business calls, verifying contact information, and maintaining accurate business databases.

Candidates should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and an interest in business research and B2B lead generation.

This is a full time, office-based position in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad. Candidates must be comfortable working the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential B2B clients through manual online research.
- Research companies across different industries and international markets.
- Identify relevant decision-makers, including CEOs, founders, directors, and managers.
- Conduct outbound business calls to prospective clients.
- Introduce company services professionally and communicate with potential customers.
- Identify and qualify business opportunities according to campaign requirements.
- Collect and verify company details, business phone numbers, professional email addresses, and decision-maker information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and prospect information.




- Build and update lead databases using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Perform manual research and build business databases from scratch.
- Meet assigned daily and monthly research, calling, and productivity targets.

Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- Confidence in speaking with business professionals.
- Interest in B2B lead generation, business calling, and manual data research.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good online research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and organized databases.
- Willingness to make outbound business calls.
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
- Willingness to work from the Bodakdev, Ahmedabad office.
- Availability to work the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in telecalling, sales, lead generation, data mining, or business research will have an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

- Fixed monthly salary.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
