Key Responsibilities

- Operate and program CNC/VMC machines for manufacturing moulds and patterns.
- Use 3D printing technology to develop prototypes and mould components.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot plant machinery.
- Support automation initiatives and manufacturing process improvements.
- Inspect finished components to ensure quality, precision, and compliance with technical drawings.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and use CAD/CAM software for manufacturing operations.
- Follow shop-floor safety standards and quality procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in CNC, VMC, 3D printing, or precision manufacturing.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and G-code programming.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, machining processes, and dimensional accuracy.
- Hands-on experience with machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant and on the shop floor.
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
