Job Description-

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Content Creator & Editor to make long form, short form and UGC videos for all our channels across all social media platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about video creation, storytelling, and AI-powered content tools.

The candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and delivering videos for multiple channels on YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, and other platforms, from concept to final upload-ready output.

Key Responsibilities-

Create and edit long form, short form and UGC videos using AI Tools, for all our channels across - YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social media platforms.

Produce long-form videos, YouTube Shorts, UGC Videos, Instagram Reels, Pinterest video pins, and other short-form content.

Adapt each video to the format, size, length, and style required by each platform.

Design eye-catching thumbnails, cover images, and supporting graphics for videos.

Use AI tools and models such as Kling AI, Google Flow, ElevenLabs, Veo, Claude, Chat GPT and similar platforms for video generation, voiceovers, and content creation.

Plan and manage a monthly video content calendar for all channels.

Maintain the distinct style and identity of each channel while ensuring consistent quality.





Apply YouTube SEO best practices for titles, thumbnails, and Shorts to improve reach and engagement.

Track video performance using analytics and improve content based on results.

Manage multiple channels and projects at the same time and meet daily publishing deadlines.

Candidate Requirements-

Strong proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Robust video editing skills with a good understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, typography, and composition.

Proven experience creating videos for YouTube, Instagram, and Pinterest.

Strong thumbnail design skills.

Hands-on experience with AI video and voice tools/models such as Veo, Kling AI, Google Flow, ElevenLabs, Claude, Chat GPT and similar platforms.

Good understanding of video formats and requirements for each platform.

Understanding of YouTube SEO, Shorts, and audience engagement.

Basic knowledge of social media analytics and video performance.

Ability to independently conceptualize, create, and deliver videos with minimal supervision.

Ability to handle high-volume video production for multiple channels.

A portfolio or showreel of previous video work is required.
