What you'll work on

- Shoots & Content: plan and shoot reels, and help turn ideas into content
- Video Editing: edit reels and ads, and learn how hooks, pacing and storytelling drive performance
- Social Media: manage Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, build content calendars, write captions and track trends
- SEO: keyword and competitor research, on-page SEO and content planning
- Meta & Google Ads: audiences, creatives, campaign setup and performance analysis
- AI Tools: use the paid AI tools in our workflow for research, content, design and automation

Who we're looking for

Someone curious, creative and active on social media, who likes learning by doing, communicates well and doesn't wait to be spoon-fed. You don't need to know everything already.

Requirement: You'll need to bring your own laptop.

What you'll walk away with

Real campaigns, real content, a stronger portfolio and a clear picture of how an agency works end to end. You'll get more than a certificate.
