We are urgently looking for an experienced Senior IT Technical Analyst – Research & Development (R&D;) with strong expertise in life sciences applications, business analysis, and laboratory systems.

Job Details

- Position: Senior IT Technical Analyst – R&D;

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D; stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Support and manage laboratory and scientific applications, including LIMS, ELN, and Benchling.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
- Lead business process analysis, process mapping, and UAT activities.
- Support system integrations, application enhancements, and process automation.
- Manage application incidents, change requests, and production support.
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Support Computer System Validation (CSV), regulatory compliance, audits, and documentation.
- Maintain SOPs, system documentation, and configuration records.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience supporting IT business applications in Pharma, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.




- Hands-on experience with LIMS, ELN, Benchling, or scientific data management platforms.
- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping skills.
- Experience with application implementation, integration, and support.
- Knowledge of laboratory workflows and R&D; business processes.
- Experience in UAT, stakeholder management, and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with pharmaceutical or biotechnology R&D; environments.
- Knowledge of GxP, CSV, and regulated systems.
- Exposure to clinical development, preclinical research, and regulatory systems.
- Experience managing SaaS platforms and third-party vendors.
