Role Overview

As a Management Trainee, you will work with our sales and marketing team to identify opportunities, engage prospective customers, support campaigns and contribute to business growth. This role suits someone who is confident, articulate, professionally presented and eager to take ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage prospective students, institutions and corporate clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable Technovalley programs and services.
- Generate leads through outreach, networking, events and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and support the conversion of enquiries into business.
- Assist with presentations, proposals, promotional activities and institutional engagement.
- Maintain accurate customer records,



pipeline updates and activity reports.
- Work towards assigned targets and contribute ideas to improve marketing performance.

Qualification and Candidate Profile

- MBA with a specialisation in Sales and Marketing.
- Fresh graduates and candidates awaiting final results may apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A smart, confident and proactive personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present ideas clearly, build relationships and negotiate professionally.
- A target-oriented mindset, willingness to learn and interest in the technology industry.
