Mishta Sweets is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our retail store operations and central kitchen. You will manage daily operations across our locations in Kottakkal, Calicut, and Perinthalmanna, ensuring seamless coordination between our central kitchen in Kottakkal and our sales outlets.

Position Overview

- Job Title: Operational Supervisor
- Location: Base location at the Central Kitchen in Kottakkal (with frequent travel to Calicut and Perinthalmanna outlets)
- Industry: Food & Beverage / Bakery & Confectionery
- Reports To: Management / Managing Director

Key Responsibilities1. Store Operations & Sales Coordination

- Supervise day-to-day retail operations across the Kottakkal, Calicut, and Perinthalmanna outlets.
- Coordinate closely with sales staff at each location to ensure excellent customer service and visual merchandising standards.
- Address and resolve operational bottlenecks and day-to-day issues at the stores promptly.
- Monitor store billing software, review daily sales reports, and ensure accurate financial tracking.

2. Central Kitchen & Supply Chain Management

- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and vendor relations for the central kitchen in Kottakkal.
- Ensure timely delivery and distribution of stock from the central kitchen to all retail outlets.
- Maintain strict food safety, quality control,



and hygiene standards across production and transit.

3. Team Leadership & Business Growth

- Manage, motivate, and train frontline sales and kitchen staff to optimize performance.
- Actively learn the core mechanics of the Mishta Sweets business model to suggest improvements and drive profitability.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the Bakery, Food & Beverage (F&B;), or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in handling and understanding retail billing software and basic POS systems.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler driving license and be willing to travel between multi-city store locations frequently.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent crisis-management skills with the ability to troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues independently.
- Language: Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English to effectively lead regional teams.
- Attitude: A growth mindset with a strong willingness to learn the internal operations of the sweets and confectionery business.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
