We are looking for an experienced Senior HR with a strong background in the logistics industry to manage and oversee HR operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in logistics or transportation and be capable of handling recruitment, employee management, and HR administration efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for logistics and transportation positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
- Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, employee files, and HR databases.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, employee queries, and HR-related activities.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Handle employee grievances, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.




- Monitor employee performance and support appraisal processes.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

- Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is mandatory.
- Freshers are strictly not allowed. Experienced candidates only.
- Previous experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HR documentation, attendance management, and payroll coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
