Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and convert prospects into clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit regular sales reports.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
