We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and patient-focused Telecaller to join our customer experience team at our Skin & Hair Clinic. The primary responsibility is to handle inbound inquiries and prospective client calls to successfully schedule appointment walk-ins at our clinic. Your core objective is to build rapport, introduce our specialized skin and hair consultation services, and guide clients to visit our clinic in person.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call inbound leads and handle prospective patient inquiries regarding skin and hair treatments.
- Pitch the clinic’s consultation services and emphasize the value of meeting our specialists in person.
- Focus on converting inquiries into confirmed, scheduled clinic walk-ins (no direct tele-sales required).
- Maintain accurate call records, follow-up schedules,



and appointment bookings in the clinic CRM.
- Re-engage missed or cold leads to offer rescheduled appointment slots.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

- Language Skills: Fluency in both Telugu and English (Hindi is a plus).
- Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, inside sales, or patient/customer relations.
- Preference: Prior experience calling for skin clinics, hair care/transplant centers, dermatology practices, or wellness facilities.
- Robust verbal communication, active listening, and phone etiquette.
- Persuasive communication style with a helpful, friendly demeanor.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
