Assistant Manager – MySQL DBA

Experience: 6–8 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./MBA or related qualification

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced MySQL Database Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize production databases while ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain MySQL 5.7/8.x databases.
- Manage database replication, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery.
- Monitor database performance and optimize SQL queries and indexing.
- Troubleshoot database issues and implement security and access controls.
- Develop automation scripts using Shell or Python.
- Work with application and infrastructure teams and support production deployments.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in MySQL DBA.
- Expertise in replication, backup/recovery, and performance tuning.
- Valuable knowledge of Linux, SQL optimization, and Shell scripting.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or Percona Monitoring and Management (PMM).
- Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹2,200,000.00 per year
