We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 2+ years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive quality leads, conversions, and business growth.
Location: Technopark Trivandrum
Work Mode: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Develop strategies to improve lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
- Track campaign results and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to achieve business goals.
Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Solid knowledge of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet targets.
