Job Responsibilities

- Develop interior concepts, space plans, and furniture designs.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and realistic renders.
- Design customised furniture, metal structures, and interior elements.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, fabricators, and installation teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure quality execution within timelines.

Skills & Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and D5 Render.
- Knowledge of furniture design, materials, finishes, and fabrication.
- Robust creative, communication, and coordination skills.
