What You Will Work On

1. Market Research

You will help us understand where new business opportunities exist.

- Research companies that work with consulting firms like BCG or McKinsey
- Identify industries and companies that could become clients
- Create lists of target companies
- Understand what these companies do, who their decision-makers are, and what problems they may need help solving
- Study competitors and industry trends

This is ideal for students interested in marketing strategy, consulting, or business research.

2. New Client Outreach

You will help the company connect with potential new clients.

- Find the right people to contact at target companies
- Draft simple outreach emails or LinkedIn messages
- Track who replied and who needs follow-up
- Help improve the messaging based on what works
- Maintain a record of all conversations and responses

This is ideal for students interested in sales, marketing, branding, or business development.

3. CRM and Pipeline Management

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. It is the system used to track leads, meetings, and business opportunities.

- Update lead trackers and CRM tools
- Keep records of meetings and follow-ups
- Create simple dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets




- Organize information so leadership can clearly see the status of each opportunity

This is ideal for students interested in operations, finance, data tracking, or management.

4. Project Tracking and Coordination

You will help ensure that projects are moving forward and nothing is missed.

- Track tasks and deadlines
- Follow up with team members
- Prepare meeting notes and action lists
- Highlight delays, risks, or pending items
- Create structure where things are unclear or unorganized

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.

Skills We Are Looking For

You do not need previous full-time experience. However, you should have:

- Good communication skills
- Strong internet research skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Interest in marketing, finance, business, or consulting
- Ability to think logically and stay organized
- Confidence to ask questions and take initiative
- Valuable attention to detail

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
