Profile: Sales Head

Experience:

8-12 years of experience in B2B sales, with minimum 4-5 years in diamond / lab-grown diamond sales (essential) Experience in leading a sales team and achieving revenue targets Strong network of diamond manufacturers, traders, wholesalers and exporters Experience in domestic and export sales is preferred Roles:

Sales Strategy and Planning

Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets Identify recent markets, customer segments and business opportunities for CVD diamonds Plan sales forecasts based on production capacity and market demand Track market trends, competitor activity and pricing movements Business Development

Generate new business from diamond manufacturers, traders, wholesalers and exporters Build and maintain a strong customer network in the domestic and international markets Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and buyer meetings Convert leads into long-term business relationships Customer Relationship Management

Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business Understand customer requirements for size, quality, colour and clarity,



and coordinate with production Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints with timely resolution Maintain trust and transparency in all customer dealings Pricing, Negotiation and Order Closure

Negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules with buyers Finalize orders and ensure smooth order-to-dispatch execution Coordinate with accounts for invoicing, payment follow-up and credit control Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments Team Management

Lead, train and monitor the sales team Set targets and review individual performance Guide the team on product knowledge, negotiation and customer handling Coordination and Reporting

Coordinate with the Production Head on stock availability, quality and delivery commitments Prepare sales reports, MIS and market feedback for management Share inputs on customer demand to support production planning Qualification:

Graduate in any stream; MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred Knowledge of diamonds, grading parameters (size, colour, clarity) and lab-grown diamond market is essential
