. Job Summary

MyScaai Bharat Construction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a technically competent and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in residential construction, independent villas, and building projects.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications, monitoring construction quality and progress, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and project timelines.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project managers, architects, consultants, vendors, and site workers.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Site Supervision & Execution

- Supervise daily construction activities at residential villa and building construction sites.
- Ensure construction work is executed according to approved architectural, structural, and service drawings.
- Monitor civil works, including excavation, foundation, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available as per project requirements.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.

B. Quality Control

- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Inspect reinforcement, shuttering, concrete work, masonry, plastering, tiling, and finishing activities.
- Coordinate material inspections and quality tests as required.
- Identify construction defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain quality inspection records and site documentation.

C. Project Planning & Progress Monitoring

- Monitor daily construction progress against the project schedule and milestones.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, including manpower, completed activities, material requirements, and site issues.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and Project Execution Head regarding work progress and delays.




- Identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective measures in coordination with the reporting manager.
- Ensure work is completed within approved timelines.

D. Drawing & Technical Coordination

- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and service teams to resolve technical discrepancies.
- Ensure the latest approved drawings are available at the site.
- Report drawing conflicts, design changes, and execution challenges to the concerned team before proceeding with affected work.
- Maintain updated site records and measurement details.

E. Material & Labour Management

- Monitor material consumption and ensure proper utilisation of construction materials.
- Prepare material indent requests and coordinate with procurement and stores teams.
- Track material deliveries, stock availability, and wastage.
- Supervise labour deployment and contractor activities.
- Verify work measurements and contractor bills in coordination with the concerned team.

F. Safety & Site Administration

- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain site cleanliness, housekeeping, and safe working conditions.
- Maintain daily attendance and manpower records.
- Submit morning and evening site progress updates as per company reporting requirements.
- Ensure timely reporting, regular site attendance, and adherence to company policies.

3. Educational Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- A B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Relevant technical knowledge of residential construction methods, building materials, and construction practices.

4. Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of civil construction and residential building execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good understanding of construction quality standards and safety practices.
- Knowledge of quantity measurements, material estimation, and site documentation.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and construction reporting tools.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, and site labour effectively.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.

5. Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:

- Independent villa and premium residential construction.
- Individual houses, duplex villas, and multi-storey residential buildings.
- RCC structures, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and masonry.
- Interior finishing, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and related works.
- Construction project execution, contractor management, and quality control.
- Working with construction companies, real estate developers, or turnkey construction firms.

6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Timely completion of assigned construction activities.
- Quality of workmanship and reduction in rework.
- Adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Effective labour and material utilisation.
- Accuracy and timely submission of daily site reports.
- Compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
- Coordination with project management and other departments.
- Timely identification and resolution of site-related issues.

7. Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be proactive, disciplined, technically sound, and capable of independently supervising day-to-day site operations. The candidate must demonstrate accountability, attention to detail, effective team coordination, and a commitment to delivering quality construction within defined timelines.

Candidates with hands-on experience in residential villa construction and end-to-end site execution will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
