Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and explain credit card features and benefits
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Convert leads into successful credit card applications
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer data
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
Requirements
- 10th pass and above
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident, polite and target-oriented
- Freshers can apply, and training will be provided
