Job Description

Servedge Private Limited is looking for a responsible and experienced Driver cum Supervisor to manage housekeeping staff and support daily operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive company vehicles safely for operational requirements.
- Supervise housekeeping (HK) staff and monitor daily work activities.
- Allocate duties and ensure proper completion of assigned cleaning tasks.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure housekeeping standards and client requirements are maintained.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager regarding staff deployment and site-related issues.
- Report operational challenges and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements





- Valid driving licence with relevant driving experience.
- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision or facility management is preferred.
- Ability to manage and coordinate housekeeping staff.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Responsible, punctual, and capable of handling operational responsibilities.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹22,000–₹24,000, depending on experience and suitability.
