About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Zoho Developer with a strong understanding of both technology and business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing our Zoho ecosystem across CRM, Projects, Books, Creator, and Analytics. You should be able to understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, and build practical solutions that improve efficiency and data visibility. You will work on a multi-company, multi-country business environment where different Zoho applications need to work together seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement business workflows across the Zoho ecosystem.

Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho CRM, Projects, Books, Creator, and Analytics.

Automate the complete project lifecycle, including tasks, milestones, timesheets, utilization, and billing.

Develop solutions for multi-company, multi-currency, and cross-company business processes.

Build custom workflows using Deluge, custom functions, APIs, and webhooks.

Integrate Zoho applications with external systems using REST APIs and JSON.

Configure and customize Zoho CRM, including modules, workflows, blueprints, functions, and business rules.

Design and maintain Zoho Books processes related to invoicing, financial tracking, and cost allocation.

Develop custom applications in Zoho Creator where native Zoho functionality is not sufficient.

Ensure data consistency and integrity across different Zoho applications.

Analyze existing business processes and recommend opportunities for automation and improvement.

Troubleshoot system issues and continuously optimize existing Zoho solutions.

Work closely with management and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.





Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in Zoho development, implementation, or automation.

Strong hands-on experience with: Zoho CRM , Zoho Projects , Zoho Books , Zoho Creator , Zoho Analytics Advanced knowledge of Deluge scripting and custom functions. Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

Good understanding of CRM, project management, invoicing, and business automation workflows. Experience working with multi-currency and multi-organization environments.

Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions. Good knowledge of HTML/CSS and database concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of Zoho architecture and automation projects

. Preferred Qualifications Zoho certification in CRM, Creator, Books, or related products. Experience working with Zoho One. Experience implementing Zoho for multinational or group companies.

Experience with financial workflows, project billing, timesheets, cost allocation, and internal utilization tracking.

Experience in designing custom solutions using Zoho Creator. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who goes beyond simply configuring Zoho.
