- Counsel patients/attendants on treatment plans, procedures, costs, and insurance/TPA processes
- Explain estimated treatment costs, package details, and payment options
- Coordinate between patients, doctors, and the billing/insurance department
- Assist patients with admission and discharge formalities
- Provide emotional support and address patient concerns with empathy
- Follow up with patients regarding treatment decisions and pending documentation
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and counselling sessions
- Liaise with the medical team to stay updated on treatment plans
- Handle patient complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Support health check-up/package sales and conversions where applicable
