Description We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to spearhead our retail team at our premium Car Dealership . This role requires an expert strategist capable of driving revenue, maximizing profitability, and maintaining the flawless customer hospitality standards expected of a luxury brand. To qualify, you must have 7 to 8 years of solid automotive sales experience , with at least your last 2 years served at a managerial or team lead level . Experience managing high-value assets and interfacing directly with HNWIs (High-Net-Worth Individuals) is mandatory. Responsibilities Drive Sales Targets: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of premium relationship managers to deliver monthly vehicle volume, finance, and insurance targets. Customer Journey: Ensure every prospect receives a world-class luxury showroom experience from greeting to delivery. HNW Networking: Personally negotiate and close deals with VIPs, corporate accounts, and premium retail clients. Process Discipline: Enforce strict adherence to brand processes, tracking 100% of pipeline data in the Dealership Management System (CRM). Stock & Deal Coordination: Liaise with stockyard, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection),



finance, and insurance desks to ensure seamless vehicle allocation and swift deliveries. Market Strategy: Track competitor movements, analyze local buying trends, and initiate target-driven marketing actions. Skills and Qualifications Experience Matrix - 7–8 Years total sales experience + 2+ Years managing a team of at least 5 salespeople Industry Preference - Mandatorily from Premium/Luxury Automobile (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, etc.). High-end Real Estate, Luxury Hotels, or Luxury Retail profiles with outstanding track records will also be evaluated. Education - Any Graduate. Post-graduation or MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus. Key Competencies - Sophisticated corporate grooming, sharp commercial/negotiation skills, and deep familiarity with auto-retail banking operations. Communication - Elite verbal and written English, coupled with fluent Hindi. Knowledge of Konkani is highly valued. Joining Status - Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or within a 30-day notice period.
