Job Description
* Good knowledge in Dispensing process ( Conformal coating ,Glue dot & TIM printing) ,PCBA cleaning process and Tooling's /Fixtures
*Prepare, validate and document production readiness for NPI & ECR
* Design Approval, Line build co-ordination, pre-acceptance, Installation & line release.
* 2nd level Machine down time solving & guiding.
* Internal & Customer defects problem solving by using 7QC tools and PDCA approach.
* Process improvement. (Utilization, POKAYOKE, CIP projects)
* Process,Customer Audits co-ordination, Capability & Calibration activity.
* PFMEA, CP & FPY improvements.
* Current process development, standard template & Knowledge sharing (internal & External)
* Bench mark, Localization, tool life improvement.
* CT reduction and Validation with DOE.
* Coordination with development and lead plant for process and new products.
