- Be aware of the procedure concerning hotel fire and life safety/emergency procedures
- Assist Food & Beverage Outlets in their operations within peak times when needed
- Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B; services, outlets and hotel services/features
- Perform other duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel.
