Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Visual Designer with strong skills in videography and photography. This role involves creating high-quality visual content from concept to final delivery, including videos, photos, social media creatives, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end video production from planning to final delivery.
- Shoot videos, reels, campaigns, and promotional content.
- Manage camera setup, framing, lighting, and shooting angles.
- Capture product, fashion, lifestyle, and campaign photography.
- Edit videos using creative transitions, fast cuts, storytelling, and cinematic techniques.
- Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, and simple animations.
- Design social media creatives, ad creatives, reels, carousels, and branding materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas.
- Enhance content through color grading, retouching, and post-production.
- Add sound effects, audio enhancements, and visual effects where required.
- Stay updated with social media trends and create trend-based content.

Required Skills

- Videography and camera handling experience is essential.
- Strong photography portfolio showcasing products, people,



or lifestyle shoots.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Lightroom
- Understanding of motion graphics and video editing.
- Creative eye for composition, storytelling, and branding.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms.

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of Blender or 3D tools.
- Experience with AI-based creative tools and AI-generated imagery.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Design, Media, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in creative design, videography, and photography.
