6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential to become permanent)

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple UK vacanciesSourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn RecruiterScreening and shortlisting applicantsBuilding talent pipelines and supporting hiring managersDelivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Previous agency or internal recruitment experienceStrong LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting skillsAbility to manage multiple vacancies at onceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive and organised approach
