• Develop and optimize manufacturing capacity plans.
• Prepare and monitor annual manufacturing budgets.
• Plan facility expansion and infrastructure development.
• Lead manufacturing readiness for current product launches.
• Design efficient manufacturing processes and production lines.
• Optimize material flow and logistics within the facilities.
• Drive productivity enhancement initiatives.
• Identify and implement capacity improvement measures.
• Collaborate with Quality teams to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional engineering projects ensuring compliance and safety. Preferred Industries Automobile Education Qualification Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical General Experience 2-7 years of relevant work experience
